You'll get invited to our Meetups as soon as they're scheduled!
Saturday, September 19, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. - 1p.m. Venture
Forth with Corpus Christi Fellowship to enjoy the estuarine
beauty of the Upper Newport Bay Ecological Reserve and help
with Coastal CleanUp Day. This unique opportunity of Coastal
CleanUp Day includes boat and/or canoe travel to restricted
areas of this treasured Orange County preserve. Wear old
clothes and shoes for this community service project and be
prepared to work in teams of two, so why not bring a friend or
anyone who is 14 years or older. Since water vessels are
limited, we'll reserve a spot for everyone who provides a
favorable RSVP by September 10th and provide participants with
a boating experience for those who are on time. Any
latecomers can still participate in California's Coastal
CleanUp Day, but may be restricted to land sites.
Everyone who turns in a provided data card at this event
that's headquartered at the Back Bay Science Center, 600
Shellmaker Road in Newport Beach, CA 92660, will receive a
commemorative T-shirt and a barbecue lunch, prepared
personally by the firefighters of Newport Beach and Rotary.
For reservations to this no-charge event. If you need further directions,
call 7.1.4.3.2.8.0.3.1.8 or 7.1.4.7.4.3.9.6.7.7.
